Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate and oversee project operations, ensuring timely and successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in project management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with team members, stakeholders, contractors & vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Conduct inspections on-site or installation phase to ensure quality & tabulate reports
Job Requirements:
•Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
•Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
•Able to create project documents such as site Permit-to-Work, Method of Statement & Risk Assessment,
