Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Office Manager with research, preparing materials, data entry, preparing invoices and payments, and bookkeeping.
  2. Assist the Director for scheduling, appointments and business/personal travel arrangements.
  3. Filing and other administrative tasks, such as data entry, managing calendars, taking meeting minutes, making phone calls.
  4. Assist to upkeep the office.
  5. Any other tasks as needed.
