About Our Client
The client is a world-renowned eye care organisation that is revolutionising the industry with cutting-edge technology, including Asia's first-of-its-kind advanced intraocular lenses. This innovative approach offers a significant advantage over traditional lenses, setting the standard for eye care across the region. They are currently looking for a Practice Development/ Application Manager position and this a brand new role reporting directly to the CEO.
Job Description
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Organisation's premium lens products, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and benefits
- Provide detailed training on product knowledge to healthcare professionals and offer field coaching to ensure effective product usage
- Develop and nurture strong business relationships with eye surgeons, optometrists, and other key stakeholders to encourage the adoption and ongoing use of Organisation's products
- Use professional optometry knowledge to engage with eye surgeons, addressing technical concerns and driving buy-in for product usage
- Interact with patients' post-surgery to gather feedback on their experience with Organisation's products, ensuring continuous improvement and satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Optometry and Clinical Practice and related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in premium lens products, including Light Adjustable Lenses (LAL) and Intraocular Lenses (IOL)
- Exposed to eye clinical practices
- Passionate about driving adoption of innovative lens
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
