Responsibilities:
- Design and draft of the following I&C drawings/documents for Combined Cycle, Cogen and Thermal Power Plants , including but not limited to:
- Plant Control system Configuration
- Control Room and Electronic equipment room layout
- Instrument and Junction Box location plan
- Instrument and Control Cable schedule
- Instrument cable routing, hook up, loop and grounding drawings
- Control Logic Diagrams
- CCTV and Communication system block diagram and layout etc.
- Estimate Instrument BOQ for junction boxes, instrument installation materials and instrument and control cables, communication cables etc.
- Prepare 3D modelling inputs to piping for instrumentation items
- Ensure timely submission of drawings and documents by monitoring drawing schedule for submission of documents
- Collaborate with coordinate with other engineering disciplines and site team during detailed engineering, construction and commissioning stage
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Pre-requisites:
- Diploma in Instrumentation and control system or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in EPC power plant and/or industrial plant projects
- Familiar with Singapore regulations and practices
- Knowledge of Industrial software (like Smart Plant Instrumentation)
- Ability to work independently and in teams whenever required
