Job Description:
This is a contract role for an Account Assistant (AP & AR) located in Queensway. Our client is one Stop Instant Printing company in Singapore with facilities and expertise capable to produce a wide variety of products
You involves performing daily data entry tasks using Accpac and Excel worksheets, ensuring accurate and timely input of financial data. The candidate will handle both accounts payable, including processing supplier payments, and accounts receivable, ensuring customer payments are recorded. Additionally, they will be responsible for conducting weekly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly matched. The position also requires assisting in monitoring and maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies. There may also be occasional ad-hoc duties related to both accounting and non-accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum LCCI, SPM, Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant working experience;
- Good working knowledge of Accpac Accounting software (AP & AR modules);
- Proficient in MS Excel
