- Oversee the daily store operations and its manpower planning
- Ensure that outlet is strictly following the Company’s SOP, adhere to service levels and standards to increase sales, minimize costs – including food, beverage, suppliers, utilities, and labour costs.
- Hire, train, motivate and manage the team to achieve the best results
- Ensure outlet is in compliance with all safety procedures and guideline and to ensure workplace safety practice.
- Lead and motivate outlet staffs in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure outlet’s prompt collection of rentals from tenants.
- Ensure that the handover, closing and opening procedures are complete in each shift
- Responsible for staff management and product quality. Maintaining excellent customer service standards of outlet staffs.
- Ensure that outlets are selling the correct inventory mix set by the company and ensure sufficient stock level at outlets.
- Any other related operational issues and projects as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1yr of F&B Supervisory experience
- Independent and responsible
- Service oriented
- Able to commit to commit to 6 days workweek
- Willing to work on Weekends & Public holidays
