Job Responsibilities
– Develop and execute marketing campaigns that encompass user acquisition, brand awareness, product marketing, community events both online and offline, OOH and ATL as well as UTL advertising.
– Work closely with product teams to develop marketing strategies that align with overall company goals.
– Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising and social media campaigns.
– Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, programmatic, and mobile advertising.
– Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and provide recommendations for optimization.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into marketing strategies as appropriate.
– Manage a team of marketing specialists and provide guidance and mentorship as needed.
– Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to the Project Manager and to other related departments, keeping them abreast of campaign progress and major issues.
– Housekeep and maintain all platforms and tools related to the management of campaigns and merchandising inventories.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the online gaming industry.
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful UA, branding, product and digital marketing campaigns.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
– Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, programmatic advertising, and mobile advertising.
– Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, and experience managing social media campaigns.
– Affinity for online gaming and a deep understanding of the industry in the local consumer market.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
– Be able to work independently with a keen sense of ownership and responsibility.
– Be willing to work long and/or irregular hours when required.
– Experience managing a team of marketing specialists is preferred.
– Strong knowledge in MapleStory is an added advantage.
