Job Description
Supervisors are responsible for leading the service/ bar team. Coaching waiters/bartenders and developing and disciplining the team with SOS, SOPs and P&P’s. Ensuring the team is working cohesively following the restaurant's service standards.
Job Details
- Supervise floor/ bar team , liaise and work hand in hand with BOH to ensure cohesive work flow.
- Responsible for daily stocktake and inventory.
- Execute directions from ARM/ RM.
- Deliver standards and consistent quality of service with attention to profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a prominent visible presence daily.
- Provide superior guest service.
Qualifications
- Mastery of simple and elegant service protocol.
- Knowledge of standard procedure with regards to high level high volume restaurant service.
- Experience in supervising and guiding service / bar staff.
- Comfort with equipment standard functions.
- Self starter with ability to manage deadlines of self and others.
