Job Description
- Provide secretarial support to the MD.
- Manage MD's calendar (appointments, meetings, reports).
- Draft and review documents.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other materials.
- Handle phone calls and assist with sales inquiries.
- Arrange vehicle repairs and maintenance for Directors; maintain vehicle records.
- Develop and maintain filing systems.
- Respond to emails/correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Arrange overseas travel (flights, hotels, visas, expense claims).
- Organize company events and activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including support for other departments.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Organized, proactive, energetic, and able to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Working Location/Hours
- UBI, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM.
