They are looking for a Corporate Secretary.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist company secretaries in managing a portfolio of companies by preparing resolutions, and minutes for directors and shareholders, attending to the opening and closing of bank and other corporate accounts, and updating account mandates.
- Ensure timely lodgement of documents with ACRA and maintain statutory records and a computerized client database.
- Provide client support through phone and email correspondence, ensuring effective communication.
- Comply with clients’ standard operating procedures and perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in corporate secretarial practices.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial work, familiar with Singapore corporate secretarial practices and the Singapore Companies Act.
- Ability to speak chinese to deal with China clients
- Preferably an ICSA holder or a candidate from a polytechnic or university planning to pursue the ICSA course; ICSA membership is an added advantage.
- Proficient in technology with the ability to learn, adapt, and leverage digital tools.
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay informed on organizational initiatives and priorities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle clients professionally.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team while also carrying out tasks independently.
