Work Scope
- Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
- Baking cakes, kuih, by following a set recipe or instructions from head bakers/supervisor
- Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
- Ordering new supplies, ingredients, co-ordination with supplier, when needed, and within budget.
- Co-ordination outlet staffs, drivers when needed.
- Communication with customers to ensure their orders are properly taken up and follow up.
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience of bakery culinary
- Fresh graduated is welcome
- Rotating shift
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to start as soon as possible
