Your responsibility includes:
- Managing current accounts while developing new business relationships through cold calling, social media, networking events, and more.
- Holding client meetings with HR or hiring managers to discuss hiring needs and share recruitment trends.
- Conducting candidate interviews, negotiating salary packages, and offering interview guidance.
- Writing job advertisements, scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, and managing offers, among other tasks.
Skills and experience required
• Ideally, someone with a strong understanding of facilities management.
