For our Singapore Office, we are looking for:
Documentation/Administrative Coordinator
Your main duties will be:
Prepare import/export documents
Ensure all issuance and release of transport documents/bill of lading are accurate and complete
Ensure the discharge process are based on the required documents
Calculating of freight costs
Responsible for the approval of loading documents
Contact person and direct link between our clients, agents, ship owners and ships
Prepare and issue freight invoices
Monitoring of payment receipts
Preparing of Booking Notes and working with our Chartering department
Assist in general administrative duties and working with our Administrative department as and when necessary
Attend and manage reception duties as and when needed
Your key qualifications:
Diploma in Business/Maritime Studies preferably with 3 years of experience
Background in import and export shipping documentation and work experiences in shipping
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Attention to detail and good time management
Sense of responsibility and flexibility
Independent worker and team player
Good communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills
Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
