Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding of new clients and implement changes in the API system.
- Prepare necessary documentation for management approval and ensure timely follow-up until approval is obtained.
- Learn new technologies and systems as required to perform tasks effectively.
- Communicate clearly and manage unforeseen situations in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address client needs.
Requirements:
- Basic IT knowledge with experience in Linux is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously.
- Fresh graduates with relevant IT knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with clients based in Mandarin-speaking regions.
