SALES DIRECTOR

Elitez (fmcg) Pte. Ltd.

The Role:

The Sales Director will lead our strategic sales initiatives in China, driving revenue, market share, and long-term growth. This role is not just about managing sales—it’s about transforming the way we approach the market and positioning our brand at the forefront of innovation in the region.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy tailored specifically for the China market, aligning with our global objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team capable of scaling rapidly and capturing market share.
  • Establish and nurture high-level relationships with key stakeholders, government officials, and major business partners in China.
  • Manage multi-channel sales operations, including e-commerce, retail, and B2B.
  • Spearhead negotiations on complex, high-value deals and partnerships.
  • Monitor and respond to market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements, ensuring that our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to the unique needs of the Chinese consumer base.


Requirements :

  • 10+ years of sales experience in China, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Experience must include both traditional and digital sales channels.
  • Proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth in highly competitive sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Chinese business culture, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships within China’s business and governmental sectors.
  • Ability to travel frequently within China and internationally.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), technology, or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience working with international companies expanding in China.
