Roles & Responsibilities
1. Checking the equipment, monitored and make sure operations running efficiency
2. Ensure staffs compliance to all safety policies & procedure
3. Monitored neat & clean all the times, ensure all equipment maintaining hygiene standard
4. Plan and arrange duty roster for make sure enough manpower to support operation
5. Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
6. Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively
7. Monitored performance of all team members, encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way communications
8. In Coordination with HR department to arrange training sessions and refresher courses.
9. Provide supervision, guidance and leadership for teams to achieve sectoral goals
10. Other ad hoc duties
