Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and stabilize the formulation of AC and CNT process from laboratory to pilot and subsequently to mass production.
- Understand the market needs of AC and CNT.
- New application for both AC and CNT.
- Production Costing of AC and CNT.
- Sourcing of mass production equipment and stabilizing its processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or a related field.
- Experience in R&D, specifically with AC and CNT technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling up processes from lab to production.
- Strong understanding of market trends and application development for advanced materials.
- Experience in production costing and equipment sourcing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
