Job scope
Verifying warranty and service contract coverage using in house system
Order & issue PO to supplier for spare parts require for repair and servicing per requisition from servicing team/mechanics
Liaise with internal and external parties for processing of ordering spare part
Provide quotations to vehicle owner for service/repair jobs
Expedite parts arrival, verify PO & invoice from supplier prior handling to servicing team
Tracking servicing and repair job
Attend to walk in client enquiry
Attend to phone calls and customers enquiries
Attend in customer bookings and explain the terms of service/rental or lease agreements
Liaise with administrative staff on the completion of all papers works with the customers and payment collection
Maintain proper record of documents and correspondence
Ensure the servicing of all rental car are timely
Monitoring the entire process repair for customer vehicle under service/repair/claim
Negotiate and close deal, and handle complaints or objections
Handle stock of brand-new vehicles such as take photo and arrange/send for inspection
Handle customer requests on a timely manner and collect all necessary information and documentation
Build and maintain strategic relationship with existing clients and partners with the aim of increasing sales
Ensuring client requirements are addressed to their satisfaction
Issue invoice for service and repair vehicle
Preparing paper works for all rental agreement and sales/purchase agreement
Providing quotation for potential long-term leasing client
To drop of car on and off timely around in workshop
Complete any ad-hoc task given
Working Hours
6 days work week (Mon-Fri 0845-1745, Sat 0845-1600)
No overtime work
