Job Description
- Plan, coordinate and manage implementation of marketing events and campaigns.
- Build activity workflow, templates, tools and reports to optimize marketing ROI.
- Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
- Develop targeted new key account relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Keep track of and Coordinate key retailer monthly sales reports and circulate as required to the designated teams.
- Based on retailer sales reports, provide analysis and action plans to boost sales.
- Consult customers’ marketing needs and provide value-based customer-focused solutions to meet their business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
- Improve retention and growth of existing business.
Requirements
- Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales track record.
- Proven experience in consultative, value-based selling and objection handling.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
- A proven record of negotiating and securing new business.
- Personal drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for sales with a proven ability to beat targets.
- Able to travel overseas, when required.
