Job Responsibilities:
· Managing of user request and attending to incidents in a timely manner
· Prioritising based on urgency and cruciality of the request
· Conducting of sanity checks, change requests, last minute data modifications and daily BAU tasks
· Ensuring root causes are properly identified and carrying out remediation actions
· Any other adhoc duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 4 year of relevant experience
· Functional banking experience in cash payments/ trade and loans would be an added advantage
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
