Overview:
Lead marketing initiatives and customer engagement efforts to boost growth for key products and enhance brand presence.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and launch marketing campaigns for both individual consumers and businesses.
- Create promotional materials (ads, brochures, videos, etc.) using tools like Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, based on company guidelines.
- Work with internal teams to ensure marketing plans are aligned and run smoothly.
- Explore new opportunities to feature the brand in external marketing activities.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Track marketing spend, adjust strategies to optimize results, and oversee the marketing budget.
2. Digital Marketing & Content
- Ensure all websites and digital platforms are regularly updated and aligned with the brand’s message.
- Lead content creation for digital tools and apps.
- Manage partnerships with digital channels and ensure seamless coordination.
- Develop and maintain a search engine marketing (SEM) strategy to boost online visibility.
- Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), drive engagement, and manage paid advertising.
3. Customer Engagement & Retention
- Create and execute programs to enhance customer loyalty and retention, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Align customer relationship strategies with broader business goals and customer feedback.
- Work with teams to act on customer feedback and improve experiences.
- Provide insights and updates to management on campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
Other Tasks:
- Support the sales and marketing teams on special projects.
- Take on any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management.
- Proven track record in managing and executing marketing strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for creating marketing materials.
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing and CRM trends.
