Job Description
- Provide administrative support to Purchase Department
- Liaise and follow up with suppliers / vendors
- Make sure correct items quoted & match with site requirement
- Matching of supplier’s invoices with supporting documents such as PR, PO & DO
- Prepare relevant reports for purchasing
- Assist in obtaining quotes from suppliers
- Daily reconcile diesel usage, billing and ordering
- Monitoring tanker fleet status
- General Data Entry & Filing
- All other related or ad-hoc duties as and when required.
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
- At least 1 year relevant working experience
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
- Preferably with experience and knowledge in order processing for spare parts
- Applicants must be willing to work in Benoi Crescent.
- Transportation services provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang and Pioneer MRT station.
