Role: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Central, Singapore


My client is a Global Law Firm. Currently, they are looking for IT Analyst you will be responsible for IT support within the Singapore office. Please note that this roles requires you to work on weekends (5 days work week).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and maintain office IT services and hardware to established standards.
  • Deliver first-line IT support (Applications Support, Networks & Storage, Server Infrastructure, Email Services, End User Device Management).
  • Provide ad hoc support for tasks assigned by senior team members, team leads, and managers.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in Windows desktop and laptop, iPhone support, ServiceNow system
  • Strong in verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Able to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
