Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 support on a rotational basis for vehicle breakdowns and accidents, advising clients on procedures and completing electronic accident reports.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure fleet vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and safe for use.
- Liaise with workshops to manage repair schedules, oversee quotations, and handle purchase order requests for mechanical and accident-related repairs.
- Work closely with dealers and sales teams to ensure smooth handover of new vehicles, including knowledge of their features, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
