Overall purpose of job:
· The role is responsible for overall deliver operation management including Warehouse & Distribution, Customer service and Trade operation activities for Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam 6 markets, who is expected to provide strategic direction, drive the operation performance and talent development for SEA Operation organization.
· This Role is key player to integrate deliver as part of E2E IM supply chain through driving critical initiatives and program execution for business growth, customer service level optimization and operation excellence.
- This role will require collaboration with cross function including commercial, supply chain, Inter-Regional Transport, Procurement, ROA enablement, Commercial Quality, Finance and Regional I&A team.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for SEA market deliver BP and strategy plan, lead the day-to-day operation and manage portfolio for strategic project execution to meet all financial and non-financial metrics including OTIF-D, SG&A, COGS, CIPs, order automation%, Quality, Compliance and safety.
· Supervises management distribution centre and TPL providers. Ensure 3TPL/4TPLs are delivering contractual obligations in terms of cost, service, quality and safety. Collaborate with procurement team for TPL selection and drive operation excellence. Select and Develop strategic 3TPL/4TPL relationship in SEA markets to synergize and maximize the value to JNJ.
- Oversight management for customer service operation activities, closely collaborate with ROA enablement and regional CX solution team to transfer customer experience and optimize Customer service process with leveraging strategic initiatives and digital solution.
· Ensure all importation and exportation operation performance reliability to meet supply requirement with leveraging external suppliers, compliance internal/external trade operation regulation to mitigate any risk.
· Accelerate NPI launch to ensure all Deliver related process, capacity, system and resource readiness coordinating with Regional strategic program lead and cross functions.
- Implement strategic initiatives and projects at country/cluster/regional level collaborating with cross functions, drive the process standardization, simplification, best practise sharing and continues improvement, which will provide visibility, develop the new capability for new modality, drive the operation performance excellence and cost efficiency.
- Ensure Quality, Regulatory, EHS and Trade operation compliance, support all on site audit and close all CAPA in time manner.
- Issue management in alignment with Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, Plan etc. cross functions. Develop BCP plan to improve the operation resilience.
- Act as SEA Deliver connect window to interface with commercial and APJSC LT for driving E2E SC integration and key strategic initiatives.
- Supervise a team of professionals by attracting, developing, retaining talent including hiring, training, coaching, performance appraising, rewarding and engagement activities. Ensure to provide sufficiency resource to team, develop a high-performance team with Diversity and inclusiveness team culture. Continue refine and optimize SEA Deliver operation organization with talent development and process efficiency.

- Cost: Zero NCC, Capital and Expense investment management, CIP, SG&A cost % vs NTS, COGS cost % vs NTS.

Qualifications
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s / University Degree is required, with preference in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or Business area of study
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain and logistic operation related experience in Pharm/Healthcare industry. Minimum 5 years people management experience
- Strong Customer focused orientation and pro-active attitude
- Experienced people leader that continuously develops the individuals and supports personal growth
- Track record of influencing internal and external partners without direct authority at multiple levels,
- Ability to drive and shape change in ways of working, bring teams along change curve.
- Strong communication skills, particularly summarizing complex detail into executive summaries
- Proven experience in analytical and continues improvement capability to deliver improved and sustainable results and outcomes.
- Excellence computer, System (SAP) experience, fluent in English
- Ability to travel around 30% internationally is required.
Preferred Requirements/Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA in Operations/ Supply Chain from a premier B-school is preferable.
- CSCP, APICS certifications preferred
- E2E SC experience across plan, deliver, source and make function.
- SEA market or regional experience
