Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and monitor budgets for key accounts.
- Manage, coordinate, and oversee key account activities, serving as a bridge between affiliates, clients, and internal departments.
- Collaborate with key customers to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and create marketing opportunity for new products, complementing existing range of products and businesses for expansion and growth to both potential and existing clients within key accounts.
- Ensure the profitable performance of assigned key accounts by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Assist affiliates in managing assigned key accounts.
- Work closely with marketing, creation, and laboratory departments on sample submissions, market trends, product potential, and competitor insights.
- Deliver presentations on the company’s flavour offerings to potential clients.
- Maintain regular communication with other departments to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of products to meet customer needs.
- Stay informed on flavour trends, product concepts, and applications.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Sales & Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Preferably of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in key account management or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in key account management strategies and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a culturally diverse organization.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings or business purposes.
- Knowledge of Flavours, Flavour products and FMCG markets
