Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Construction Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and personnel.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues to project managers.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with plans.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and crew attendance.
- Train and mentor site staff to enhance productivity and safety awareness.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure a positive working environment on-site.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision or site management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, Site Safety) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
