Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and distributing chemical products in compliance with safety regulations
2. Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent shortages or excess stocks
3. Ensure all warehouse operations follow OSHA, environmental and safety regulations. Ensure proper handling and storage procedures for hazardous chemicals and ensure that Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are updated and accessible.
4. Oversee maintainance and repair of warehouse equipment(i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks) ; ensure that equipemnt are in safe working condition
5. Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory. Enure proper labelling and documentatation of all chemicals products, including hazaedous materials (HAZMAT) labels
6. Lead, train and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, including material handlers and forklift operators
