As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Admin Manager to join our team and support our financial and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial performance.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations and employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and tax filings.
2. Administrative Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including office management, inventory control, and procurement of office supplies.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Organize and maintain company records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Inventory and Asset Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records for watches and clocks.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and ensure proper documentation of stock movement.
- Manage company assets, including the maintenance and proper documentation of office equipment and other company-owned properties.
4. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the management team.
- Assist in strategic financial planning and support decision-making processes with financial data and analysis
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and administration, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting practices, and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and data management.
