To support our continuous growth and expansion in Asia, AEDAS Singapore is seeking a committed candidate for the following position:


HR GENERALIST


As a HR Generalist, you will be supporting our talent attraction, employee development, employee welfare & engagement initiatives. You are involved in all aspects of the employee life cycle of 300 talents in our Aedas Singapore Architecture and Interior Design office. You will be reporting to the HR Business Partner.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Talent Attraction

· Manage recruitment process for Permanent & Contract Roles

· Post jobs and source for candidates

· Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews

· Manage offer management process including guiding salary negotiations, reference checks

· Onboard New Employees

· Manage talent attraction initiatives


Employee Development

· Support performance management and development initiatives

· Support and administer company learning & development initiatives


Employee Welfare & Engagement

· Support staff welfare and benefits review

· Support staff engagement activities including surveys and 1-1


HR Operations

· Support employee relations

· Support staff files, HRIS data and other HR documentation

· Support HR management reporting

· Support employees life cycle activities including confirmation, transfers, off-boarding


REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES:

· Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Management/Administration

· Minimum 5 years of experience in an MNC environment, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

· Preferably with relevant experience in architecture, design, creative, consultancy, technology industry

· A team player and capable in managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines

· Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stake holders confidently

· Strong MS Office applications skills

· Experience in HRIS, ATS, LMS
