Position : Temp Staff – ACE/ETPO
Working hours :
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
With an hour lunch break

$12.53 (‘N’ level, ‘O’ level, ‘A’ level, Nitec, Higher Nitec with 8-14 years of work experience); or (Diploma with 0-2 years of work experience)
$13.60 (Diploma with at least 3 years of work experience)
Job scope:
Stakeholder management
• Update and maintain accuracy and completeness of the stakeholder and ACE CUES Access databases (e.g., input new data, standardise fields, remove duplicates, and search for and fill in missing or outdated information)
• Reorganise the stakeholder database for easier reference and accessibility
• Conduct scan (via desktop search) to identify potential stakeholders (individuals and organisations, etc.) in the areas/topics of ETPO’s interest (for ACG Expert Groups or other engagements)
• Liaise within ETPO to identify and record ongoing stakeholder engagements in the database
Digital content management
• Convert ETPO products (e.g., ACGs) from PDF to HTML for hosting on the ACE website, ensuring mobile-friendly formats
• Create, update, and reorganise ETPO’s go.gov.sg QR code directory
Data cleaning
• Review and edit transcripts by listening to recordings and ensuring accuracy
Email and communications management
• Develop and organise an ETPO FAQs library to support responses to stakeholder enquiries, adapting existing content or proposing new material for the directory
• Assist the team with sending mass emails through the ACE CUES inbox
• Manage the ACE CUES inbox, responding to and redirecting queries as needed
Other administrative duties
• Provide support for various administrative tasks such as meeting logistics, procurement, budgeting, and other related duties as needed
Job requirement :
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Meticulous with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in basic HTML coding and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Prior experience in administrative support is preferred
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Strong writing skills, a good team player, and effective communicator with a pleasant disposition.
