Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Material and General Administrator:
Job Responsibilities
- Material Processing & Indirect Material Administration
- Oversee the smooth operation of material processing, including planning, ordering, receiving, and SNP arrangements.
- Monitor the material system to ensure a steady supply to production.
- Manage material resale and recycling arrangements with affiliate factories.
- Administer waste disposal processes.
- Cleanroom Uniform Administration
- Handle the ordering, stock control, laundry, and distribution of cleanroom uniforms for SP5150.
- Oversee weekly waste collection, coordinating with external waste vendors and production teams.
- General Administrative Support
- Set up printers based on individual applications (A2, B4 office).
- Prepare and set up training rooms, ensuring proper handover.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Min Higher Nitec/Diploma in any related field.
- Min 0-1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 +AWS +VB (Around 2 Months)
- Working Location: North
