Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with kitchen crews to direct food preparation.
- Produces high-quality plates, considering both design and taste.
- Oversees and supervises the kitchen crews.
- Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the food preparation area and kitchen
- Comply with F&B safety & hygiene and Workplace safety & health policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and standard.
- Preparing & Cooking Food and assist in purchasing ingredients.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of cooking/ relevant experience.
- Passionate for cooking and a positive attitude.
Chef Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage kitchen crews
- Develop and plan menus and daily specials.
- Manage food costing and inventory.
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
- Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work area.
- Able to commit midnight shift
- Able to work in long hrs shift and Public holiday
