Job Description:
➤Communication and inquiries with the Japanese headquarters via email and phone (technical
questions and problems)
➤Preparation of technical reports and documents in Japanese and English
➤Safety management at each site (selection and arrangement of protective equipment), inhouse
safety training, skill evaluation management
➤Support for troubleshooting at each site, preparation of reports
➤Parts overhaul work (possible but undecided) Maintaining safety and health standards in the
workplace.
➤Creating and carrying out WSH(Workplace Safety and Health) plans.
➤Evaluating tools, machinery and processes.
➤Encouraging staff participation and compliance.
➤Assessing workplace risks and addressing them.
➤Investigating onsite accidents and implementing corrective measures.
➤Organizing activities to boost WSH awareness.
Job Requirements:
➤Diploma/Degree preferably in electrical, mechanical or technical background is preferred.
➤Certificate in workplace safety and health (WSH)
➤Good command of written & spoken Japanese and English candidates.
➤Responsible, independent with excellent customer service mindset
➤Team player and easily to communicate with all levels.
➤Preferred min 3 years in experience of workplace safety.
