POSITION SUMMARY

TMC Academy is looking for qualified candidates to manage the end-to-end development of SSG approved courses. These courses will target learners within, but not limited to the following domains: Information Technology, Logistics, Hospitality & Tourism, Business Marketing and Management Accounting.


This is a project-based role.


1. SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Must hold a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (IAL DACE certified) or WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in their respective domain area.
  • At least 1 full round of WSQ development experience in any domain areas i.e. Information Technology, Logistics, Hospitality & Tourism, Business, Marketing, Management or Accounting, etc. (For more information on our courses, visit our TMC website at https://www.tmc.edu.sg/)
  • Must possess good presentation skill and English written grammar.
  • Punctual in meeting delivery timeline.
  • Effective communicator and a team player.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Consultant to the Academic Director on WSQ matters.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Curriculum design and development,
  • Develop and revise a full set of course materials and suggested solutions to existing curriculum i.e. Higher Diploma in Business, Higher Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma in management studies and leadership
  • Prepare and develop study guide
  • Prepare and develop Teaching slides


3 POSITION AUTHORITY AND REPORTING

The successful applicant will work under the general direction of and be responsible to the Academic Director and Registrar.
