Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects;
- Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration;
- Project Management;
- Training and supervision of junior staff.
Expertise and Qualities:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment.
- Self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team
- Chair and conduct all meetings;
- Lead, control and prepare architectural drawings, presentations and reports
- Provide critical review of drawings and able to direct junior staff to make amendments;
- To lead the project team in achieving project goals, targets and milestone dates.
- Very conversant with and able to direct or carry out site inspection, site progress documentation, including resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
- Ensure good project document control;
