Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
  • Manage, organize and maintain the Director’s schedule.
  • Act as first point of contact between Director and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Manage all correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Handle all travel arrangements and expenses claims for the Director.
  • Handle Corporate Matters including Corppass, Company Taxes and Director’s Personal Taxes.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Private Secretarial Certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of secretarial/administrative support experience to Senior Management.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Good communications and writing skills for both English and Chinese as there is a need to communicate with customers, business partners and associates.
  • Highly organized, mature, meticulous with a great attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to read Profit and Loss Statements.
  • With basic Financial background will be an added advantage.
