Admin Clerk

Krich Pte. Ltd.

  • Prepare and issue Delivery Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
  • Ensures monthly paperwork are filed properly and accordingly
  • Assist in keying in incoming stock
  • Replies to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
  • Responsible in any other admin related works
  • Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Maintain general cleanliness of the office
  • 5.5 work week, Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm, Saturday: 9am to 1pm
