- Prepare and issue Delivery Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Ensures monthly paperwork are filed properly and accordingly
- Assist in keying in incoming stock
- Replies to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
- Responsible in any other admin related works
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Maintain general cleanliness of the office
- 5.5 work week, Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm, Saturday: 9am to 1pm
