We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business and Administration Intern to support our Knowledge Management Project.
This role involves assisting in the organization, curation, and dissemination of company knowledge and data to improve accessibility and efficiency. The intern will gain hands-on experience in knowledge management, learning how to structure and manage information that supports organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of knowledge management systems and databases.
- Help gather, organize, and categorize information from various departments to build a centralized knowledge repository.
- Support the documentation process by creating and maintaining internal guides, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct research and analysis on best practices in knowledge management and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify knowledge gaps and work on filling them.
- Assist with training sessions or workshops aimed at improving staff's use of knowledge management tools.
- Help manage the flow of information by ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of data.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking progress.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of knowledge management principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
