- Manage multiple projects simultaneously as may be assigned from time to time.
- Be the single point contact for the projects assigned, and accountable for project outcomes including timely delivery, quality, safety and budget.
- Be proficient in Microsoft office for generating Gantt charts, risk assessments, safety document etc.
- General electrical and mechanical knowledge for hands-on rectification of issues on site.
- PLC programming knowledge and capability.
- Assist the General Manager to deliver a systematic, standardised and professional approach to project management across the business.
- Lead a team of personnel directly involved in the project and provide single point interface on projects with the customer. Attend customer meetings and promote the Company with the customer for both current and future work.
- Plan weekly schedule of work flow
- Proficient in providing sales quotation for maintenance and modification projects.
- Hands on in dealing with corrosive chemical and waste environment.
- Able to work on weekends or public holidays occassionally via demand.
- Experiences in semiconductor industry is an advantage.
- Possess boom lift, scissors lift, fork lift etc driving certificates.
- Possess multiple safety certificates such as confine space supervisor, hot work supervisor or manager etc.
