Job Description
· Manage work passes which include application, renewal & cancellation
· Handle recruitments, compensation, benefits and implementation
· Handle the implementation and enforcement of HR Policies and procedures
· Prepare letter of employment, appraisal forms & exit interview
· Handle workers accommodation & dormitory issues
· Handle WICA and medical insurance claims
· Insurance Management – Ensure all insurance are valid, kept up to date
· Handle workers administration, on & off boarding
· Manage course registration such as coretrade, safety courses and other BCA/MOM requirements trainings for workers and professionals.
· Handle & monitor attendance / leave and medical claims.
· In charge of Payroll
· Handle e-filling of staff income tax return
· Manage Company asset eg Biometric, Computers, Software etc
· General / ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘N” Level Certificate
- At least 4 years working experience in related field
- Good knowledge of HR & Payroll software will be an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Detailed and meticulous
- Positive work attitude
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
