Responsibilities:
- Create project drawing, budget, schedule project activities
- Plan and coordinate lift installations with contractors and consultants
- Manage ongoing jobs with all subcontractors to meet the deadlines
- Manage from point of contact with Builder to view works sites and proposal requirement needed for the lift Installation
- Order equipment according to the required specification.
- Study SHOP Drawings before lift shaft take over from Building Contractor
- Drafting project management plans, gathering necessary resources to ensure the overall progression of works, and following up on meetings with respective parties to ensure schedule of works is delivered to achieve the expectation
- Liaise with building contractors, sub-contractors, and project team members.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or relevant Engineering background
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in construction, lift industry
- Good communication and able to multi-task
- Working experience in AutoCAD
- Class 3 Driving Licence
