Job Descriptions
Responsible for providing quality service serving food to members promptly and clearing dishes after guests have finished their meals.
- Portray excellent service standards to Members.
- Take orders from members, sell and recommend dishes according to their preferences.
- Serve food to Members from the kitchen efficiently and effectively.
- Receive reservations via phone and allocate reserved tables.
- Ensure proper clearing of plates and glassware, cups and bowls and proper removal of cutlery.
- Ensure tables are cleaned are well-maintained at all times.
- Replace dirty ashtrays.
- Conduct opening and closing duties when required, such as setting up of Hostess Desk, Newspapers & Magazines, as well as Menu Cleanliness.
- Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.

- It is 5 days work week, 9.5 hours per day.
- 45 minutes break time.
- Able to do shift work and weekends
