equirements:
- Relevant experience in carpentry, woodworking, wood engraving/sculpturing or similar trades.
- In Depth knowledge in the traditional system of temple architecture.
- Experience in leading a team or managing workers is a plus.
- Basic Communications in English (understands, speaks & write)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and materials for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans to fabricate structures and setups.
- Site recce and measurement upon job confirmation.
- Meeting up with end customers to discuss requirements.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of finished products through meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to optimize designs for functionality and aesthetics.
- Maintain inventory and order with admin/supplier when stock is low.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and dismantling of structures at event venues as needed.
- Provide input and recommendations for improving production processes and efficiency.
