Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will implement technological solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency for local and overseas subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis
o Understand business needs to develop applications that enhance value.
o Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
o Translate business requests into technical solutions.
2. Microsoft 365 Apps Implementation
o Guide end-users on using Microsoft 365 apps to boost productivity.
o Automate workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
o Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for smooth application development and deployment.
o Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide user support.
o Maintain applications and create user guides.
o Train staff on Microsoft 365 tools.
Requirement:
• No work experience required but must have the necessary skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Technologies, SharePoint Online, and AppSheet is a must.
• Proficiency in workflow automation using Power Automate is required.
• Knowledge of Business Process Automation, Procurement, and Accounting Systems is a plus.
• Having any Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500, or PL-600) is an advantage.
