General Responsibilities:
General Reception Duties;
- Provide assistance to students at sick bay.
- Assist with data entry, filing, or any other administrative support tasks.
- Assist with daily office operations such as checking on deliveries, distributing food supplies to needy students in school, liasing with teachers on parents’ queries, following up on student absenteeism and other simple administration tasks such as photocopying and laminating.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of MSOffice Applications and use of IT systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and/or administration work.
- Possess valid First-aid certification.
Specifications:
- Location: Holland
- Working hours: Weekdays, 7am to 12nn / 11am - 4pm
