Telegram Lead Generation Specialist [Contract]

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Telegram Lead Generation Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for generating warm leads through Telegram by engaging with potential customers, pulling them into our client's Groupbuy group chat, and advising them on the company's broadband plans. As an ambassador for the company, the candidate will play a crucial role in guiding customers, answering their questions, and providing valuable insights into the best broadband solutions, thereby generating high-quality leads for the sales team to follow up and close the sale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively generate and qualify warm leads by reaching out to potential customers on Telegram and pulling them into our company's Groupbuy group chat.
  • Customer Engagement: Chat directly with customers in the group, answering questions, providing product information, and creating a friendly and helpful environment.
  • Product Advisory: Advise potential customers on the best broadband plans based on their needs, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team by passing along high-quality leads for them to follow up and finalize the sale.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with customers, fostering trust and positioning the company as the go-to provider for broadband services.
  • Ambassadorship: Act as a knowledgeable representative of the company, maintaining a professional image and embodying the company’s values in every interaction.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation efforts, customer interactions, and sales conversions, providing valuable insights to improve the lead generation process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service or Sales: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Telegram Proficiency: Familiarity with Telegram and experience in using it as a platform for customer engagement.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills to engage and build rapport with customers in a professional yet approachable manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of broadband plans and telecommunications services
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards lead generation and sales conversion targets.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
