Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction and Customer Service:

Warm Welcome: Greet all visitors and patients with a friendly smile and courteous demeanor, making them feel comfortable and valued.

Queue Management: Efficiently manage waiting areas by providing visitors and patients with queue numbers, ensuring a fair and organized system.

Phone Etiquette: Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance to the caller.

Text Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients through text messaging, providing appointment reminders, updates, and addressing inquiries.


Appointment Scheduling and Management:

Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments efficiently, considering patient preferences, doctor availability, and clinic capacity.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Handle appointment rescheduling and cancellations professionally, ensuring timely notifications and updates.

Reminder System: Utilizing our established appointment reminder process, in order to minimize missed appointments and optimize clinic efficiency


Administrative and Operational Tasks:

Payment Processing: Accurately process patient payments, ensuring correct billing and record-keeping.

Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Mail/Parcel Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail/parcel, sorting and distributing correspondence as needed.

Staff Support: Provide administrative support to other staff members, assisting with tasks as required.

Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control of medical supplies and equipment.

Data Entry: Enter patient information and other data into our clinic systems.


Requirements


Miniumum Requirements


O level

Speak English and Mandarin

Basic computer skill

Telemarketing or Promotor skill is an advantage
