Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.
Responsibilities
- Assess & implement SR/CR within the stipulated SLA.
- Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure availability and performance.
- Support and verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
- Expected to work during off-peak hours on scheduled system activities.
- Evaluate and recommend IT infrastructure products to meet project or customer requirements.
- Support the deployment, integration, and testing of infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated systems and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedure, together with the customer to ensure the processes are in line and up to date as necessary.
- Manage system recovery processes, including backup and restoration of services and critical data.
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises and ensure business continuity planning.
- Deploy security fixes in accordance with enterprise vulnerability and patching strategies.
- Optimize system performance and assist in capacity planning.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure performance and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an IT infrastructure support role.
- Strong knowledge of server technologies (Windows Server, Linux), networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Technical certifications in cloud and system technologies (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, VCP, VMCE, CEH) are advantageous.
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices in IT service management.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Motivated team player with attention to detail, capable of working independently as well.
