Job Description
- can finish the whole lift installation independently
- can teach and lead team members to finish the whole lift installation
- In-charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions
- Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
Requirements
- Possess at least a ITE Certificate / Diploma in Engineering / Construction / BCSS or equivalent
- Preferably with 4 to 5 years working experience in lift installation
- Can do overtime when necessary.
- Shall be contactable by means of hand phone at any time of the day (i.e. 24 hours a day, for every day, including Sundays and Public Holidays) throughout the period of the engagement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, responsible, organized and able to work under pressure.
